Welcome aboard the October DigitalScrapbook.com Blog Train! I'm so glad you stopped by.
This month I made you a sweet little Highland Cow mini kit and a devotional on Being Steadfast.
Soft country florals, cozy plaids, and those shaggy, lovable cows. It's perfect for Bible journaling, junk journals, and Treasure Journals.
See the bottom of this post on how to get this freebie and join the blog train.
Why Highland Cows?
Besides the fact they are so adorable! Have you ever watched a Highland cow in bad weather? The wind blows. The rain comes sideways. And she just stands there. Calm. Planted. Unbothered.
That's what steadfast looks like. Paul told the church in Corinth:
"Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong." 1 Corinthians 16:13
Storms come to all of us. But a faith with deep roots doesn't get blown over. Paul described it this way:
"Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving." Colossians 2:6-7
I hope these little cows remind you to stay rooted in Him this fall, whatever weather you're walking through.
