Remembering God’s Love
There was a time in my life when I believed following God meant trying harder, doing more, and never getting it wrong . Like walking on a tightrope, always afraid one misstep would send me falling.
But over time, God gently showed me something different.
Not a ladder to climb…
but a love to rest in.
When Faith Becomes a Burden
Legalism is subtle. It doesn’t always look harsh at first.
It whispers:
- Do more.
- Be better.
- Try harder.
And before long, your faith begins to feel heavy—like carrying a backpack full of stones.
You may still love God…
but you’re no longer at peace.
The Truth That Sets Us Free
Scripture tells a very different story.
God is not standing at a distance, waiting for us to prove ourselves.
He is:
- drawing us
- loving us
- restoring us
From beginning to end, the Bible reveals a God whose heart is set on bringing us back to Himself .
Like a shepherd who goes after the one sheep…
Like a father who runs to meet his child…
This is not the language of pressure.
It is the language of love .
Why Reflection Matters
If we don’t stop and reflect on God’s love, we slowly drift.
We begin to believe lies like:
- I’m not enough
- God must be disappointed in me
- I have to earn His favor
But when we pause—when we sit with His Word—something changes.
Truth begins to replace those lies .
Like sunlight pushing out darkness,
His love begins to warm the places that have grown cold.
These Tags Are More Than Pretty Paper
These “God’s Love Tags” were created with intention.
Each verse is a reminder:
- God desires all to be saved
- He is patient, not willing that any should perish
- Christ came for the world
- He is drawing all to Himself
- One day, all things will be made new
This is the bigger story.
Not fear.
Not striving.
But redemption unfolding .

as truth replaces fear…
as love replaces pressure.

You don’t have to strive to be loved.
You already are.
If you print them, tuck them into your journal, your Bible or place them where you’ll see them daily… let them remind you:
God’s love is not something you earn.
It’s something you return to. 💛
