Hi, I'm Robin Sampson McCarthy.
For over three decades, I’ve been captivated by the language God uses to speak to us—not just in words, but in pictures. My journey into Bible symbolism began 35 years ago while studying the Tabernacle. As I traced its golden lampstands, woven veils, and sacred spaces, I saw Jesus shining through every detail. That discovery lit a fire in me.
Later, writing A Family Guide to the Biblical Holidays, I uncovered even more layers—how God embedded truth into every feast, every number, every shadow of the Old Testament, all pointing to Messiah. It was like stepping into a divine tapestry, and I’ve been drawn to those threads ever since.
I’ve written 37 Bible journaling classes, each one weaving together Scripture and creativity—but Discovering Bible Symbolism may be the most personal. It’s not just a class—it’s a deep dive into how God reveals Himself through creation, prophecy, patterns, and beauty.
