The book of Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther describing the return of God's exiled people to their homeland, as they were permitted to resettle and rebuild Jerusalem under Persian control. We will examine the three waves of returning exiles and see they all tell the same story: the restoration of God's covenant people in accordance with his Word, which they are now called to obey once more.
